Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy Statement

Brookvex IMS Ltd values the principles of fairness and equality for all employees. We are committed to ensuring there is no modern day slavery or human trafficking taking place within our organisation or from within our supply chains (including sub-contractors and partners).

Our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains (where possible) include building long standing relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Although Brookvex are not required under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to produce an annual slavery and human trafficking statement we will endeavour to:

• Ensure all UK workers are in receipt of the national living wage and that robust immigration checks are in place;
• Establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains;
• Monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains;
• Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains;
• Provide adequate protection for whistleblowers.

Brookvex is committed to supporting staff in persuing the policy aims through consultation and communication so that they gain an understanding of the importance of their active involvement.
